SEN Week-Long Mapping Contest #4

We introduce to you the fourth installment of SEN's week-long mapping contests! The theme all submitted maps must adhere to is Single Player. The key here is to be creative. There are tons of map styles that can fit into single player, but don't think we're being easy on you. Try to be creative with this. What kind of map styles have we not experienced before, or have not experienced enough? All submissions are due before July 7th, 2010, 11:59:59 EST. There will be mineral rewards for first, second, and third place. These rewards are 40, 20, and 10, respectively. It is expected of everyone submitting a map to have read the rules and fully understand and adhere to the theme. There will be no leniency when judging maps when it comes to broken rules.

Also, if anyone wishes to donate something to the contest as a giveaway prize, it would be greatly appreciated! Please contact one of the judges via PM to set up the donation.

How will you host Single Player maps during map night? Should there be open slots for letting people download?

Btw, what happened to the formatting O_O It's difficult to read some of it, especially the criteria and rankings.

Yes the only way would be if the map had viewers/dl spots. As far as the formatting I am not to sure, I am a newb, lol.

Who said anything about playing on map night? Adding dl spots is redundant if you upload the map here.

Note the due date is Thursday night. I will be hosting your submissions on Map Night the day after.

Eteft hadn't changed the display from week #3. He's in the process of changing it to hopefully make it look cleaner (and more appropriate to this week's theme). I highly doubt the maps will have anything to do with map night.

That font is killing my eyes dude. I recommend either switching it back to the default font, or switching to a different one.
