I generally hate Use: trinkets I always end up saving the cooldown for a moment when I need it more, which obviously rarely happens unless it's a bossfight. Especially as a healer it is annoying.

Anyway, it seems like I've lost interest in the game for now. Will probably be back when Cataclysm comes, unless I'm really busy with EVE or uni stuff.

Yeah I never use them, except for my current one that restores 1700 mana. All that intellect, however, helps a lot more than an occasional haste boost.

How is this possible? I have two pieces of Tier 9 for elemental and resto, and I have all heroic epics, 3 of them from ToC, and my only real blue is my trinket and I still can't break 4500.

Because heroic ilevel 200 epics count as less than 200 GS. Any blue you have is most likely 187 or less. GS is mainly based on the ilevel of gear. So to get 5000, you need all 232+ with a few 219 or 226 in there.

In that one week, I farmed enough emblems/5-man ICC gear to get to 5000 GS. Nothing I have is under ilevel 232.

I forgot to mention that I play on Mug' Thol server. Something like that.

Question: Do I have to play WoW in order through expansions? What I mean is, do I have to cap my char at 60 on BC, then do the next on the Lich King?
Or can I just wait for the new expansion and start a brand new char there?

It's a ridiculous system to say the least, because item level doesn't always equate to a better item. Just because something is bought with badges doesn't mean it should be always be a higher gear score, but alas, that is gear score at it's finest.

Yep, I agree. That's basically why people think GearScore is a huge piece of shit.

Reason blizzard made it easy farm gear is so people can catch up to content a little easyer. GS can kinda tell yourself what level of content you're at. not like you can expect yourself walk into ICC 10 man with 4200 GS now can you? Yes some may pull more dps then others as you said but won't have the extra stam as a 5000 gs person would I guess you can say. We have no issues with dps in out guild though a lot of people pull 5k to 13k depending on fight. I myself never judge a person on gs it more so about player skill and how well know there role / class in a raid content.

Hell I sit around 5700+ I think or something as a boomkin. I am also still working on getting a lot more gear I need more CRIT! Just need get a new belt from vendor which give crit and gloves which give crit. As well my new idol. My crit cap is like 1575 which I am way off sitting at 975 + 200 with idol proc.

I maybe looking for a new realm move to soon since guild moved off maiev to akama now realm isn't as good so need find a good realm with a good guild who can get progression done without drama in guild. I think guild is making ok progression on 10man at LK / 25 well we get festergut n rotface n blood princes no issues now we're trying other bosses and testing out luck. So far our healers just splatter themselves on goo's.

On another note trying to get 25,000 gold saved up before next expansion doubt I'll make it though sigh. To lazy to do dailies n play auction house =/

Also hoping this event goes of fin guild to do yogg +1 so can get my damn rusted proto drake! YE 310% .. which would be cool.

You're doing it wrong! Dailies are piss boring and the WoW economy is very unstable, though you can simply play on the average WoW player's wealth and stupidity But as you said, you're too lazy for it anyway.
I prefer to simply run trough good ole Strat, Scholo and stuff like that. Runecloth sells very good and you get quite a bit from all the greens/blues that drops as well. To get the motivation for it, just say that you want the Rivendare mount or a full Wildheart set or something

Speak for your own server. A lot of mats don't sell well on mine.

Heh. I got the idea to do strat and spent some time redoing my Mage's hotkeys and UI to make it up-to-date with my Druid's same. Then had a two-hour Strat solo where I learned that I should avoid the silencing bugs at all costs, that the opening crates is patched and I need to kill the three bosses, etc. Died like seven times (mostly from the silencing bugs; once when one of those eyes of naxxaramas caught me trying to stealth to a boss and pulled everyone, once when I tried to pull the entire room of abominations at once while my frost armor + frostbite prevented me from grouping them together), but expect a net profit of maybe 40g from runecloth (10 stacks) and 400g from a card, a jewel, and the byproducts of disenchanting blues and greens I found. I'd say it's much better than dailies. Well, -20g repairs.

I think I'll be running this more often. I really can't imagine what else I can screw up badly enough to die, lol.

Started a hunter, with the new LFG tool, horde doing stockades and deadmines is a bit odd. But you know what I hate? Gnomeragon, god, that place is terrible. Also, what is with low level characters and being douches? A priest + pally friend refused to heal and tank, and then another priest aggroed 5 packs of mobs, and teleported out. Do people have no manners anymore? Or people just rushing to the last boss to get their bag and leave too.

Also, a lot easier to get gold now, I can probably get 200+ gold from dailies, and my LW probably gets me 500-1000 gold per day on a good day usually. People love their Drums + Icescale Leg Armors. I also sell the 10000 honour gems for lots of gold!

Yes random lfg pugs can fail and be rude. I found myself one time tanking as a shadow priest and doing a pretty damn good job. Lazy SOB Tanks.

you're lucky drums barely sell for much on my realm. Barely get tipped if make like new craftable gear either, I make it and get a 20g tip ya think.. WTF SCREW YOU! Not like I am scraping for gold I do have 15k and already have my hog. Gotta love it. Just another 10k gold will set me for whatever happens in next expansion with flying mounts. AH well see how I go.

Not sure how, my server is pretty horde-sided, 7:1. I'd hate being Alliance, never have Wintergrasp. PvP queues would probably be instant though.

Yea I got dragged in a little bit...long story short, four of the core raiders left the guild and I'm friends with two if them. So I left and joined their new guild. Aeee...I wish I understood why it happened. And there's someone in our new guild that could start up some drama at any moment. That'll be fun.
