Give me some character flaws for a General. Its a guy and he's obsessed with work. That's all you get to know. I'm serious, go crazy with what the flaw is.

Obsessed with work, socially inept, allergies, libertine, full of himself, ridiculously liberal/idealist, Eye patch, Tough but soft and isn't good at showing emotions(tin man with good intents), weakness to bullets, old fashioned, shell shocked, Defeatist or likes to cut losses, Depressed, Indifferent to anything, Lazy, unhealthy self sacrificing attitude, Gothic, suicidal, pervert, "everything is a game", potty mouth, an alcoholic, Badass/he's Duke Nukem, Addict, and going through puberty you say?

Take you pick. Obviously some are...

My character has a lot of these traits already...partially insane, has only one mission to carry out, ostentatiously liberal in his ideas, and very aggressive.

I just hate how static he is.

He has a soft spot for small fuzzy animals.

He has a scar on his face and its origins are embarrassing to him so he tends to keep the orginins of the scar mysterious.

He is afraid of growing too attached to his men as he has become disenchanted with the army, realizing that every man will eventually die, whether it be through a bullet or through the cold hand of Death, hence his cold demeanor and selfish attitude.
