We wanted to get a game going, so we did a 1600+ AP no ab game, and I'm pretty sure we got at least 3+ friends on the other side against us, the highest being the 1800+ with a 80% win percentage and 3:1 KD. Start the game, they basically randomed a whole carry team, so we needed to end it early. I pick Ophelia, because she rapes. IP gets outlaned pretty bad, me and Hydro rape bot and basically we progress to mid-game, where they kongor and SS becomes basically farmed, shroud + whispering. (he should have got a port key tbh). We get a gem, push down mid and rape the barracks, and for the next two minutes, we're raping the throne because we need to win before they start carrying. Arcane ring + mana batteries (there was an armadon) + ophelia ultimate + jeraziah heal + astrolobe basically allowed to us to get two towers down, but then they killed us. We counter push again, and they blow everything, but Sol's Blessing and heals basically saved us, and with the help of WS and TB only, I rape a maliken, and then their farmed SS with a wingbow, and then we end the game!

I broke 1600 for the first time! woot
P.S. That was playing a game with a 3:1 K/D, 1800+ PSR, and soulstealer playing guy who bought an assassin's shroud. *cough*coincidence*cough*

not sure if anyone already posted this but theres a way that you can see the new hero through HoN. now im not 100% sure this is true, and there may be other ways to do it, but i picked keeper of the forest for a game, and then i clicked ready and waited for everyone else to pick, in the last 5 second countdown, the portrait of the new hero appeared in the bottom right corner in hellborne strength. i dont know if u can pick him or not cause i couldnt repick and see if i could click on him. this may work for any hero, not just keeper of the forest, but i asked everyone else if they could see it, and they said no.

this also works for practice mode. pick keeper of the ofrest then wait 1 minute and 55 seconds and u will see the guys portrait. i dont think you can be him though cause his portrait was grey.

edit: i like assasins shroud on SS in pubs because 1) they rarely get wards and 2) his ult takes some time to channel, and using shroud, you can be invisible while channeling. if u blinked in then started channeling, the enemy would run away and you wouldnt do as much damage

*sigh racoon* This was found out last night on the hon forums. It works with any hero, and when the countdown starts, just the portrait appears. It's S2 taunting us.

Yes, it's useful for the first ten minutes once you get it, but usually the other team is competent enough to carry a gem. SS ult only takes 1 second to go off, you blink beside their team and do it, most people do not have enough reaction time to avoid it, and it gives you much easier positioning on their team. If SS would have gone port key in our game, he may have won because you really can't counter a port key.

There are very few heroes that benefit from ashroud over port key. Surprisingly, war beast is pretty good with ashroud.

I said...what? He has max movespeed and cannot be slowed with his ultimate on, why would he need shroud? He needs dps, and a way to hold down his opponents.

For ganking, which is what his role is, by the way. Max level pups are invisible and so are you so a sudden pop out of 3 guys beating you is likely to kill you.

Swarm, seriously, what is your problem? You play like crap, and then you give no reason for why you're playing terribly. You just sit there, not saying anything. I'm mad that you sucked, but I'm even more mad that you refuse to admit that you're doing bad, or that you even try to communicate. GOING SILENT DOES NOT DO ANYTHING. Either accept that you're playing a bad game, or just don't bother playing with us. At least I know when I play with Kevin, that he isn't afraid to admit that he didn't play well. YOU ALWAYS DO THIS SWARM. Yeah, and I'm sorry I didn't concede FaZ, it just felt ridiculous that we did nothing for forty minutes.

So, apparently i'm good with armadon...

First game: lane partner was polly, who came into lane at about 1 minute, he was afk...
So polly has hold, and well, we're not doing bad. Until i figure out just how to handle arma, and we got the first 2 kills of the game, him 1, me 1, on a scout and puppet master lane. It was also at about the three minute mark. I didnt die the whole match, and went about 4 kills, 5 assists. The game was short due to polly and me being pretty farmed. Funnest part of the match was when they tried to take me and witch slayer out in the woods, with arachna and puppet, and i tanked them both, shooting off quills and eventually we killed them both. Arach and puppet both ulted me.

Next game: me and sand wraith against ss and behe in lane. wow... behe tried for an early gank by blocking off, but i snotted behe and kept quillign till behe was down to about 10% hp. We got 2 kills in lane, went 4-1-, basically being able to easily gank them. I even soloed ss, when i was at about half hp and he was full

Bascally, i found i really like him. oth my games with him so far have been short and been won by huge margins, even against the odds. I'm anxious to see how i do with him when i play with the SEN'ers.
