What is the latest most stable version of scmdraft2? Is that the version 0.8.0 at stormcoast fortress? Is this the exact same version as about 1 year ago?
None.

I found 0.7.3 to work like a charm. Rarely a crash or corruption. Still has most of the important stuff but also unfortunately misses some features you'll sure have grown accustomed to.
0.8.0 actually has a ton of difference versions, he hasn't been changing the name. The latest version is in here
http://www.staredit.net/topic/8307/ (link at the top). However, there are a few things that really need to be fixed in the latest version, before I would use it again: The hotkeys for Delete, Copy, Etc when in a trigger apply for the location listing, so you may accidentally copy a trigger instead of an action; And the location listing is completely messed up
So I'd stick with an earlier version like Nude suggested until these issues are resolved.

Can you explain what bugs exist in 2.0.8.0 and doesnt exist in 0.7.3? What are advantages of 0.7.3 in comparison to 2.0.8.0 ? Are 0.7.3 has a bug "something bad happened"?
BTW - is this "something bad" bug fixed in last version of SCMD?
None.
Something bad will never go away. Use multiple versions to find out what's different in each. .8 has fully capable EUDs, inverted locations, and quite a few other new features. .7.3 definitely doesn't have the memory condition, but terrain is probably the same.
.8 is like the newest version. .7.3 is the "stable" version.

For the record, I've had no stability issues with 0.8.0
None.
Yeah, there really isn't any crashing problems with the latest version of SCMDraft. I occasionally get the "Something bad happened" crash when trying to open a map with a lot of siege tanks, but that's about it. As long as you turn off auto-save when dealing with maps with large wav files, you should be fine.

The old 0.8.0 is fairly stable, but not as stable as 0.7.3. I usually had no problems with 0.8.0 but when working on maps for months they sometimes got corrupted for the 0.8.0 so ScmDraft crashed when I worked on the map for like 30 minutes. For some reason the 0.7.3 had no problems with those maps.
I'm sorry I can't give you a detailed feature comparison since it's too long ago I used 0.7.3, but if you really need to know read the changelist.

How to use EUDS in 2.0.8.0? I have 2.0.8.0 and cant creade any eud condition - I just can only open eud maps and see their eud conditions.

What version you are using now?
None.
If you are interested in creating EUD conditions with scmdraft, I suggest looking here -you should fine everything you need. If you still are having trouble, then ask more specific questions, rather than "How to EUD".

I'm pretty sure the version of SCM Draft on my website is one of the more stable 0.8.0 ones.

Were you still able to use those maps or were they destroyed?
None.

OK, sry "corrupted" is probably the wrong term. The maps themselves weren't really corrupted, I guess, as I could just continue mapping normally with 0.7.3. I just did something (legal) that the 0.8.0 couldn't handle. One example I know and which has been fixed in a test version was a drawing problem with scanner sweeps. However there was still something else.
Basically, the "original" 0.8.0 will definitely work, and it's on http://www.stormcoast-fortress.net, but the 0.7.3 might or might not. I don't yet find enough bugs or benefits with the "original" 0.8.0 to revert or upgrade, so... The 0.7.3 does work perfectly.
But since it lacks some nice features I would recommend the old 0.8.0 until you run into problems with it (which may or may not ever happen).
