It would be sick if they use their cinematic engine as a game engine. And I'm not talking about the briefing lobby, I'm talking about the gameplay in general.
They do. Game engines are the same they use for the cinematics you will see in the game.

They do. Blizzard is using SC2's engine for some cutscenes.

I think honestly a lot of times its the map lighting... I don't see a problem in some screenshots, but when a lot of the units come into bright light they look plasticky.

Lets get this strait right now:

SC1 cinematic Zerg LOOKS like SC1 Zerg.

SC2 cinematic Zerg LOOKS like SC2 Zerg.

SC2 Zerg LOOKS NOTHING LIKE SC1 Zerg.

SC1 Zerg > SC2 Zerg BECAUSE SC1 Zerg are the cutest little critters roaming the universe.

He never said anything about one being greater than the other. He spoke of thier similarities.

We live in a society.

I cannot construe Alayou as making any implications about Chuiu's statements.

I love the Zerg from sc1... the teran and protoss are very similar to the terran and protoss in SC2

I don't see Jim Raynor with an inventory and experience points, and 2x bigger than the Marines.

1) Blizzard is now "Activision Blizzard".

Which is sub-company of Vivaldi Games Universal.

The graphics will be mildly like WC3s (Only better), but the gameplay will remain SC1, for the most part. If you're concerned about the "Hero-esque" melee units, that's more of a SC2 thing than a WC3 thing. WC3 only had a food cap of 90 (with everything but workers taking 2) and all units did low damage and had high health. SC2 has the usual 200, and everything does a lot of damage.

Blizzard said they'll implement inventory and experience in the map editor only. Not even the campaign heroes will be like WC3's heroes.

I'm a bit deceptioned with the colors. They seemed to be excessively brilliant in some scenes or it's just my screen??

Starcraft was more opaque, more post-apocalyptic in graphics. Starcraft II is, apparently, extremely full of life, as if the plot is developing in Lordaeron (jungle map....). The terrain is a little bit like WCIII (some tilesets, of course...)

My personal critic is that the metal of some buildings and units appears to be made of a rare sort of plastic.....

But I'm expecting that everything remains as our good and classic Starcraft (with much better graphics...)

many units have been retextured and therefore recoloured, look at new models vs old models for examples.

Great! They've just removed that annoying brilliance! The Drone model was really improved.
SO, Starcraft 2 is colorful no more. That's good.

No it still utilizes 32-bit color, or 64-bit.
2^32 = 4294967296 colors
2^64 = 18446744073709551616 colors
Thats not colorful.
