When I hosted a mafia game on a different website, i kept all the clues and stuff in a file, so I could refer back to it if I forgot.

OH. Guys, if you like mafia, a while back in the game forums I created a topic about the Byond engine. Well, come to find out they have a mafia game, but it isn't at all like this, its much faster paced, but games go by in minutes, and it is highly addicting.

You guys should be able to spot the clues with this information:


- Every day post contained one or two Call of Duty perks to refer to Zycorax, who made a topic about the game. It was very frustrating to come up with different clues for him since he hasn't changed his information in so long. I may force people who have had the same info for awhile to change their stuff.

- TassadarZeratul really hates doors. Hence the unecessary explosives and such to open them.

- Dark_Marine got some very loose Resident Evil clues. He got off easy because most of his hits were not successful.

- Dapperdan was doing NudeRaider, but all of that notebook stuff normally at the beginning of the dream sequences was referring to his title about writing your own destiny.

- The blender referred to payne, who NEEDS BLENDS. Somehow oranges got connected to him. Of course, Shocko totally ignored it. But, hey, whatever he did worked. I wanted to post this but decided not to:

Ah, so all the gun clues weren't pointing at Zycorax's Avy (as usually suggested) but to COD, which is connected to him.

Most clues were based on posts that Mafia members made. Don't really like how many of them followed that trend.

Also the "didn't change his stuff in such a long time" applies to me as well. But I wouldn't change my appearance just for Mafia. I like it the way it is. And IMO it's unnecessary to force us to change it. If you can't come up with something original then just use an old clue pointer. If we're discovered too easily because of this then it's our fault.

Anyways it was a again a good game, but maybe you really need to make easier clues to better compensate for the less experienced players. From what I gathered clue deciphering played a quite insignificant role compared to behavioral analysis. Don't know if that's intended since you put considerable effort into making them.

I didn't exactly get very many successful hits, either

Overall I think we can agree it was a very uneventful or fun mafia game that took too long XD!

We need another carnage round, long = boring, but Speed Mafia turn out to be hard to maintain, so keep it in between.

Moose, what if I want to play next game but I don't have enough minerals to get an avatar? (the system has failed!) Will you buy me an avatar enabler? I don't want to disable minerals again because it takes too long for me to get them, and I want to use them in the future for sommunity-stuff like donations for contests etc...
