I thought Clerks II was pretty comical when I saw it, but i'm not sure it's the best i've seen... I'm having trouble picking a favourite comedy movie. It's one of those you've thought of a good one and you pick it, but you know you're going to remember something even better then that....
As for the Iron Giant... i'm not sure if it's disney or not, but I remember seeing it, but I don't remember it... I wouldn't mind seeing it now that you mention it...

The Grudge was a HORRIBLE movie. The only thing worse was The Grudge II.
It was like British humor here in the U.S. except rather than "That's not funny, that's just stupid" it was "That's not scary, that's just stupid."
Clerks II probably wasn't the funniest movie ever, but the fact that it had a donkey show alone puts it somewhere near the top.
