Just kind of a collection of the best/most polished stuff I've done. I'll try to get my most useful blends as well as my best overall pieces, and include some maps for you people to steel frum. I know, I'm a big show off, but I would like this stuff to be on here somehow.

Waterway through Ruins

Ice Interior Blends

Le Arch

High Dirt to High Dirt Ramp

Miscellaneous Ruins

Installation Prison

Very nice, I like your stuff. I especially like the spot in Le Arch where that temple doodad edge piece flows right into the high cliff, that was great.

Waterway through ruins is the best, I love that temple wall blend!

I added two more, one of which I'm pretty sure has never been posted on here.

I'm also pretty sure I haven't posted the Arch thing before either.

Again, I like them.

Especially the installation since I've heard it's difficult to make extended terrain on installation.

Sep 26 2007, 2:48 am Wilhelm Post #7

That one is basically all floor and wall traps...

Still is extended terrain, though.

Misc ruins is nice, reminds me of a piece I tried making for ever then gave up due to blocky factor. (Noticed you also had trouble with the corners.)

Yeah, but it IS installation which gives you some points.

Waterway rules but is very repetitive... But still is kicken I love it :D the misc ruins is ok but the sprites hurt my eyes lolz! I know that repetitive stuff I used sucks, but I think it's better than sprity junks... Maybe try using tiles instead of just sprites ya mean? Tons of good work though still. Ps I think your ruin-floored bar thing should be included in this :)

Enjoyable. I've seen alot of those blends before, but the arch right-side is impressive custom cliff ending, and the cliff ramp shows mastery of all forms of multilevel-cliff blending.

I luv the installation thingy.
Just the kind of thing I need.
If I ever decide to make another installation map I'll use it for sure.
Everything is walkable in it right?

Teh sexy bridge to cliff edge rocks, and I love the installation, I wish more people would do installation.

Zerg, I try as hard as possible to make my pieces practical. I dunno if the tiles underneath are the same as the ones you see, but I'm almost certain it's walkable.

I'll post some maps later on. I'd also like to post some of the blends I've created, but alot of the time Wooden and Rantent had done stuff at about the same time. Also, though I expounded on High Dirt to High Dirt blending, Wooden is responsible for the original blends (It was actually something I asked him to do).

Wow wilhelm!!! are you like one of those woodenfire legendary terrainers that everyone talks about? Cause I think I've seen your name around a little bit and it looks like you've got some fricken sweet terrain going on. I love how you use more than just jungle cause it seems like everybody can use jungle but only some people like you and jello and what not can use multiple tilesets. I really like your jungle stuff too though cause it looks like a whole new tileset :) Keep posting your stuff cause I love looking at them and wishing I were as good as you haha!

You still one Nazi bastard.

By the way, I discovered this in an old map, I think I made it...

I think it's been done before, but I dunno how well comparatively... gonna work on this, but I think it's pretty damn cool:

:payne:

Effectively, all your work is PERFECT!
By the way, I'd like to use your Misc Ruin blends for my diablo 2 map, I would use it for Monastery Gate and possibly the Cathedral.
If ever you accept, PM me :D
