The sword and the faith

Mains are huge, a lot of wasted space, expo layout is laughable.

Whats with all the recent 2 player maps? They're nice to play on every now and then but 4 player maps is where the variety is.

Excalibur's posts actually contain content that might help you improve your map making skills. I will be the judge of what and what does not get deleted. I don't need you telling me what to do, thanks.

The map doesn't look too bad, actually. It has a lot of potential, and it looks Medusa-quality, once a few wrinkles are ironed out.

@Excalibur: Might help if you went into a little more detail. You were clear enough on the mains being too large, but how, exactly, is the expansion layout laughable? If you gave more helpful advice than "it sucks", your experience could help make some good maps.

As for the map, there is way too much wasted space. Maybe change the map to 96*96, then re-post the fixed version. :)

Add in some gimmick, then (Though, that doesn't really hurt Python or Chupung-Reyung).

My problem with this map is once you take an expansion it becomes too easy to hold it. If you look at the map its just a single path from base to base and the expansions go off to the side. Someone can easily move his army to defend each expansion because there's little 'middle' room and no alternate paths to attack from.
