For my part, I did my best to find maps from a Korean site which I had to translate from Google (which sucks xD).
I'll test them soon (but I won't understand anything >.<)

I'm currently working on a 4 player one that is fitting what your looking for... Might not be done for awhile but you're first on my list to receive it when I am done! Spells, guilds, huge fights when all 4 people are playing, equiptment system, you name it.

I believe those two UMS maps are still able to be downloaded from the static maplantis. I was able to obtain many of the maps stated by the OP from there.

So, I did a search and I found a torrent for a HUGE list of starcraft RPGs.
If anyone is looking for a RPG I can look through the list and see if it's there.
The way I found the list, I searched for

Invasion Earth RPG

and it is the 4th one down in the list. I had a hard drive failure and I wanted my maps back

also, I don't think it has been updated anytime recent. So current maps won't be in there.

Anyway, if those are from PGConqueror, than I should have tested them all and selected only the one I liked (Honourless and True Patriot were very cool)
