( in the ticket it says its a green light which means good )Trust me please keep that in hardware I do know what I am doing, I have built computers with my hands.

Long story short the bitch tried to get me in trouble....
First she called me out on something that i did 100% correctly
and then she tells me she already bridged it (which means sending it to are hardware techs)... So she knew i was right!
Second I am a senor at my job ( ratio I get about 2 wrong tickets a month)
most people get 8-15... So she had no right to let me know this.
Third Offline issues do = hardware if you know its the network card ( New motherboard, they are on board)
Last she actually added an update to lvl 3 (The hardware Team... and my boss gets the updated saying I didnt do it right even though I had just let her know I did)
I keep track of all my tickets which only like 1 percent of people do. So i went back to the ticket and updated it saying the agent is wrong and had already asked me if i did this.. I let agent know I did do the proper troubleshooting steps, agent lied after talking to me.
Then she erased her update...
But I already had a screen shot!

now!!!! because I really hate this chick! She is stupid but she knows one of the bosses.
Oh yeah and P.S.: The ticket I did the very first sentence says this:
Register was plugged into the wall, register still is not online.
