I do not know the exact term for this in English, but anyways, I'm pretty sure you understand me when I say I easily become red (talking of my face) and what bugs me the most is because most of the time, I am not even shy when it happens... it just happens for no reason!
I've recently realized I had such a problem and tried to control it, but it became even worse.
Does anyone have the same problem? Have you ever found a way to get over it? Or simply stop it from happening?
Thank you very much in advance for your comments!
(Please no joking at me )

I think I get red. When I down a bottle of scotch.
But I don't think thats what you're referring to, I personally do not have this problem. Maybe you aren't shy, but still stressing about your word choices and or have mysterious other factors that makes you stressed?

If you hold your breath long enough, you could probably change it to all blue. Would you prefer that?

What, blushing? Nothing wrong with it.

Fix it by: Thinking about your mother.
I've never had this problem nor done this, but it seems like a humorous solution that just might work.
Also, how do you not know what blushing is?

Payne is Canadian. He lives in the French part of Canada, though.
It's blushing. People do it if they get embarrassed or uncomfortable in a situation.

Well, it might be
flushing, not
blushing. Flushing is very similar, but it's (usually) more widespread when it happens (it's not just some parts of the cheeks), and it often doesn't have a mental source. Wikipedia lists one cause of flushing as "an abrupt cessation of physical exertion" -- that is, when you quickly stop a physical activity, like jogging. Allergies are listed as another cause.
EDIT: Useful way to detect blushing/flushing without looking in a mirror: feel your face. Both symptoms are just
A Rush of Blood to the Head, and with blood comes heat, so if your face feels warm, you might be blushing. Or standing in the sun. You'd have to judge it according to the situation, I guess.

If someone honestly disses me for saying that, I get to back-hand them)If you're in Canada, you sure you're not just getting cold and turning red due to that?
