Whenever I put a wave in scmdraft, and I play it, SCMdraft crashes. I get the error of "Something bad happened". What's the reason for this?
I have the latest version that I found on the thread of SCMdraft, but it still crashes. This isn't only with one wav, it is with all of them. Whenever I put ANY wav into SCMdraft and play it, it stil crashes. I tried with another map, but it continues to crash.

Sounds like something you should discuss with SI...
What format is your wav?
Most important is that it is saved as PCM.
Also you should avoid frequencies that are not 44.1, 22.05, 11.025 or 8 kHz.
And make sure you use 8 or 16 bits per sample.
The reason for that is that SCMDraft has a bunch of bugs. You should post this in the SCMDraft topic and attach the wav.
The bug probably won't get fixed any time soon though, especially considering that the latest version has bugs like "space terrain crashes."

do you change the string for the name of the wav when you import it?
None.
It isn't one particular wav, though. All of them don't work on any map.
None.
Could have something to do with the compression or encoding. Some .wav files will not play in SCMDraft because of these factors, which could be affecting the crashing as well, but in truth it is hard for anyone except SI to truly diagnose the cause of a crash in SCMDraft, since we don't know the ins-and-outs of the program.
None.
Try attaching them in Staredit/forge.
