If they were all made by you then why do some of them have the nagware banner, and some don't?

You know how like, people with photoshop make a signature by using a render and then adding some filters and brushes and then they go "THIS WAS MADE 100% BY ME!!!1!"

*sigh* Well obvielsy it wasn't 100% me. I said they were made by me... Of cuorse I used sprites and AGif.

Honestly, this is such low quality, I don't really think people care. No offense.

Now, for some real preening, I DID make my signature 100% me . Unless you think that the tools used (C4D and Photoshop) take away from the meness.

GIMP fails compared to Photoshop or Jasc Paint Shop Pro. I couldn't stand using GIMP (and furthermore, Photoshop) after using Jasc Paint Shop Pro.

I went from Jasc to Photoshop, actually. Had Jasc for a while, it was nice, but not nearly as nice as Photoshop.

I mainly like Jasc becuase of the pallette handling. But, I guess it can go either way.

A cool program for sketching is Alias Sketchbook. Palettes are kept are keep to a minimum and no menu bars are up to create a nice full screen. Everything is designed around the use of a graphic pen tablet, making panning/zooming/rotating very natural. If I remember right, this program can read .psd format. The only problem is that this program lacks many features other programs have.

OpenCanvas has a similar way of panning/zooming and many functions and features of Photoshop. However, I could not find a fullscreen mode, and drawing too fast with a pen tablet could lead to very rigid lines, when you wanted smooth lines instead.

Overall, I would have to say Photoshop is the most powerful program. CS4 also has a nice semi-full screen/full screen mode toggle.

All these programs could be found and downloaded directly off the internet. I downloaded CS4 in 6 different parts off of rapidshare links, except I had to wait a few hours between downloads, so that took me about 2 days.

If I had a pen tablet I'd get it.
