1- I am now able to make creative and more complex maps, but one last thing. Is it possible to give an interceptor to a player (like the scarab spell) and use it in game as a raw unit? If so you think it would be possible to make that interceptor spawn scarabs?
2- How do you make units' HP go passed the max HP of a unit? I've tried starting it at 101% HP and so on, but nothing.
I also tried using a trigger for that purpose, still nothing. How do I do this?

1 - You can't give interceptors, even giving the respective carrier does nothing. If you really HAVE to give an interceptor, you'll have to remove it and add it to the hangar of a carrier owned by the target player.
However you can order interceptors around using the "Set generic command target" and "Make these units patrol" AIs. A nice example of this is NFL Blitz.
2 - 100% is the absolute maximum by definition. StarCraft is no exception.
If you want more HP (say 200%), then you'll have to double the base hitpoints of that unit and just define that 50% is what was 100% before and 100% is the 200% you're trying to get.

1) You have to give the
carrier or the reaver to be able to give the scarab
or interceptor to another player.
2) You cannot go over 100% HP.

NudeRaider, What are you talking about on question 2?
BillClinton, Yes you can go over 100% HP, I see it all the time in maps. Such as in drone hunt.

Are you talking about those inverted colors? Yeah.. It's not really over 100%. You're just modifying the HP in starforge in scmdraft. Check this map out, and if this is what you mean, open it in scmdraft and look at the HP. There should be a regular HP box and another one next to it that fits only 1 digit.

As you notice, on Drone Hunt Special2.scx, the colors aren't inverted yet they are higher than max HP...

Check some of the units in game, some aren't inverted either.

I was telling you, that you can't set the unit's HP higher than 100%.
However with the little box from Echo's screenshot you can glitch and thus add or subtract 1 hp from the unit's HP. That's how 0/1 hp is possible. But I'm pretty sure you can't go higher than +1 or +2.
Unfortunately I can't tell you what exactly you have to enter to achieve that, but as far as I know it accepts only numbers with 1 digit, so it's best you just fiddle around a bit with it.
preplaced unit sprites will always start out with their default hp. If you place a marine, set the "max" hp to 1, it will have 40/1 HP.
You can't set HP higher via triggers. HP has an extra byte, which constitutes what I like to call extra precision. Every 256 of these makes 1 actual hp. If you have at least 1 of these, the GUI displays it as 1 + hp. So, a zergling with 1 in that little box will have a max hp of 35+1/256 but will display as 36/35.
