To my knowledge, the Sprite Limit Expander was written by DoA for SCBWv1.10, and was a plug-in for StarGraft (or MPQDraft, can't remember >>). According to IskatuMesk, it's highly volatile and tends to crash unexpectedly. And rewriting or fixing it would take many hours of code-sifting, so DoA probably isn't going to do a rewrite...
I think Mesk used the expander a lot more than DoA intended it to be used. It should probably work fine if you only use it once. I'm not sure of this, but I
think it's correct. Asking Mesk and/or DoA would be a good idea, but you could just test it...

The Sprite limit expander was built for both Memgraft1.10 plugin and Mpqdraft.
It is said to be unstable, but almost everything is unstable according to Mesk. I don't know what tests he did to come to this conclusion, but I wouldn't write it off until you did a controlled test on a SMALL mod that doesn't have so many variables so that you can guarantee that the crash is attributed to a failed sprite limit expander. ... Or unless DofA just says it is.

I believe it only crashes when you spam the map full of Bloodmoons and the like in ITAS. And I mean SPAM, as all 8 players hit the unit limei with nothing but Bloodmoons and have them all fire at once.
In that case, wouldn't setting the supply cap at 100 fix the problem?

Anyway, I believe DoA tried to "update" the 1.10 to 1.11b? If I remember correctly althought THAT one was more unstable than 1.10 version one.
