Worker War

Basically there are three workers for the whole of SEN. You gain minerals if your holding a worker. 8 Minerals every hour. You get workers by stealing them from other players or, if a player has had a worker for 24 hours without losing it, the worker is placed in the magic box's or a raffle ticket and you can find it by purchasing the correct box/ticket. You are allowed a maximum of one worker. If you have suggestions/comments/rants or want to show support please give feedback.

Probe

Recall
Once every four hours you can use the recall mine trick. You mine the minerals from a distance, Gain 8 minerals instantly.

OR (Still debating which)

Recall
If your worker is stolen and you notice within 10 minutes you have the option to use Recall and instantly get him back.

Drone

Still debating how this worker is stolen, Post suggestions.

Burrow
The drone has the burrow ability, You can burrow for one hour every three hours.
While burrowed your worker cannot mine or be stolen.

SCV

Still debating on how this worker is stolen, Post suggestions.

SCV Rush
If you find out that someone else also has a worker, you can use your SCV to kill that worker. This is available every five hours.

If this is something you would consider fun and/or a valuable way to spend your time then suit yourself. Someone has to code this crap ya know.

If this idea does happen I believe that there should be an option that enables/disables it because some people may not like this idea and not want to take part in it.

Don't worry, it probably won't. Though it appears you not be involved simply by never obtaining a worker.

I'd prefer to actually see a fixed mineral system and store (with another reset) that actually works the way I intended. Unfortunately, I have not received any sort of go from IP to go nuts and do as I please with it.

Well if you ever do get to fix store please make the prices reasonable, 1000 minerals for a signature and title combo is rediculous

I dislike the recall and burrow and scv rush. But the rest of it is good.

@Dapperdan: It shouldn't take that long to code... Heck, I could do it if I had enough access. You'd just need to store three user IDs and increase the minerals of the people they correspond to by 8 every hour, and then a little bit more code for the stealing.

For stealing the Probe, how about if you send someone 50 minerals with "LOLPROBE" as the attached message and that person has the Probe, the minerals are not sent and you steal it? Of course, if the target doesn't have the Probe, you just wasted 50 minerals.

Too real time based. You'll have to be on the forum drooling and just staring at your Workers, incase they get stolen.

No... And besides, you can't do anything about it if they did, so that would be pointless.

I thought the ability thing was cool, because it actually makes a difference which worker you have. The only problem is figureing out a good system of detecting WHO has the worker and HOW to steal it.

For WHO, you can look at their minerals. (You could make it so the SCV gives minerals on the hour, the Probe gives minerals 20 minutes past the hour, and the Drone 20 minutes before the hour, so you can figure out which one they have.)

Do you have to be online on SEN to get the minerals? So you have to have like SEN opened up? Cause if not...
