Nah, this just makes it easier for us, I like it this way. Also, can it be a high-tech mansion, what kinda mansion are you thinking of?

I started trying to do a classical mansion, but SC is high-tec, so I gave up and made a high-tech mansion, it sorta reminds me of the lab ones, but whatevs:

More to come :)

Uniform walls would make it look more mansion-y. I find the bright white lighted panels make for good high tech type walls, and the plain grey ones make for nice default-ish walls.

Yeah, I started doing that on the outside, then got bored :P When I do part 2 I'll redo part 1 and post it.

Looks pretty good. That center part is kinda way cluttered tho. Is there a reason or was it just "what the heck" ? lol

Jello, I didn't like Falkoner's piece at all. There are several reasons:
1. Most of the sprites are totally off-topic and not well-placed, IMO
2. Some easily-fixed blockyness
3. Tables don't stand out at all (it's hard to place tables on floor because the background blends too much with the trap you use)

I hope the second version will be better.

Well i didn't say it was great. You gotta admit the tiger statue is pretty cool, but it would have been better if Falk made it a little more accented.. Maybe on a table? and the tables dont stand out its true. But for some reason i like the yellow sprites on the back of the center island thingy.

Yeah, I tried my best to make the tables stand out a bit, but it's no good, I couldn't get it to work right, I did try something different though, I tried placing guntraps to cover up the lines in the flooring, to make the table stand out a bit more, you might notice them behind the table tops.

The front was cluttered because I figured it was basically the centerpiece, I guess I should moved the entrance down a bit, so I'll do that next time.

And where's the easily fixed blockiness? I'm not going to lie, it was mostly Isom, and so if there's blockiness, that surprises me.

Can't see the parking lot very well, and I don't know if that thing in corner actually looks like a fountain. uhh, I think I did an ok job. :] I just wish I had used something to represent a red carpet.

The problem is, some of the sprites are non functional.

The unused attack for instance,
and the scanner sweep (dies off)

Nobody said it had to be "In-Game" terrain. I assumed it was just messing with the editors.

Sorry, didn't remember that. That's probably because I haven't seen the editor for quite a while now. :P
