Second Picture is blocky, only because the ISOM is off. Look carefully at the substructure.

Third Picture is ok, I don't see much wrong with it.

We already established that the second picture was blocky, not much i can do with it unless I fix EVERYTHING in that area. I can only try to find a way to cover it up..

But third and last are fine.
