I discovered a glitch! You can move Planetsmashers from the selection zone - you know, that location where units appear before you finish buying them all? You can find out what your opponent bought and where he's placing it if he has finished his selection and is moving on to arrange his fleet.
I know the glitch was fixed with regards to the fleet placement stage, but earlier you can still abuse it.
I don't know if you're intending to fix it or not, but I think you should - it was a great game.
UPDATE
Player 1 at least can totally break the game by moving his planetsmashers around prior to the fleet placement stage. He can view his opponent's unit settings and even his opponent's fleet placement, if his enemy has gone on to that stage already. I didn't save a replay demonstrating this but you can take my word for it.
Also, me and my buddy kinda... well... broke the game... somehow. It may have had something to do with my friend purchasing ~15 planetsmashers and ~30 fighters... oh, and if you have too many units for the game to move immediately for the fleet placement stage, the remaining units can be moved around and you can see your opponent's settings/etc. This is amply demonstrated by the wraiths messing around randomly in space.
