Just read the MIT guide to lock picking. You'll probably need to actually buy proper tools, or loot them off the body of a thieves guild member you kill.

Lol, those are easy, you get two objects to protect your hands a bit(even shoes work) and you then come in on the lock from both sides, slightly from above, and it opens it right up, it doesn't break it, just opens it.
