History and literature. Makes me wonder why I ended up doing math at uni.
But then again, you can always read and study history in your own time whereas math is harder to learn by yourself.
Among my favorite classes were the plethora of art and theater classes in high school. I tried to major in theater and I got so frustrated I dropped it and took business again. I kinda realized that theater/art was more of a hobby for me, and that by restricting it to a classroom it was ruining it for me.

Generally my favorite classes are Warriors, or any other form of physical DPS with some sort of defensive capabilities.
