Hey,
for around 270 Dollars, I want to get a very good speaker system (preferable 2.1).
I found those:

Mainly for music.

If you're trying to get the best quality for money, for music, then headphones are better.
For speakers, I don't know much about them so I can't comment.
Red classic.

I want speakers. No headphones.

go buy some $270 speakers then. Nothing in that range is significantly better than anything else.

Huh? Really, Jack? I'mma slap you.
I've yet to find headphones that can even come close to a pair of good speakers. Those Klipsch are incredible.
Show them your butt, and when you do, slap it so it creates a sound akin to a chorus of screaming spider monkeys flogging a chime with cacti. Only then can you find your destiny at the tip of the shaft.

In the same price range and with good crossfeed and similar quality amp, headphones will always come out on top. I can't comment on the very best speakers vs the very best headphones as I haven't had a chance to try them.
I don't know much about speaker vs speaker, and what brand to buy. I do know the basics of speakers and how headphones are better.

You've probably never heard these speakers before, then.

They're more expensive than God. He clearly made the stipulation that if they are the same price - headphones have a higher quality.
199 CAD isn't a lot for speakers... and isn't at Dev's price limit, either. (I'm talking about the Klipsch if my earlier post weren't obvious. I know nothing about the 199 euro speakers.)
If you handed me headphones for that price that sound anywhere near as good as these speakers sound I would be willing to believe you. Otherwise, I can only go by what I hear, and I haven't heard headphones that compare. If I ever use headphones, it's for the noise cancellation, not the quality.
Also, there is a lot of crappy speakers out there. Most 5.1's I've heard still don't sound that good compared to these 2.1. Cough, creative.
I mean, I'm not going to say I know about every headphone out there in this price range, I can only say that I haven't heard anything that really competes with these speakers. That opinion is liable to be unpopular because everyone tends to use headphones and not speakers, but that's my experience with audio hardware thus far.

My current $50 speakers have better sound quality than the $125 headphones I had before them
Headphones are just horribly overpriced.
