I've recently moved out of my parent's house, and as such I have more time to do what I want to do. This means I need some projects that involve using photoshop, as I am starting up freelance art in my spare time and need photoshop practice.

I would like to work on images for SEN for free.

I can create my own art and I can manipulate art. I can create thumbnails, background images, art for banners, pretty much any type of artistic image. It would be nice to be able to use this thread to talk about specific tasks and to keep all of the related conversations together in one location.

For starters, I think some of the Store Items could use new thumbnails. I'd like to start discussing what specifically I can work on and create as soon as possible. What do you all think should be redone, added, or taken out?

I would do this as well, but I'd need images to rework and modify and stuffs. Also, I won't work for free...I have not enough minerals, Aldaris says.

Some of the images, like shoutbox colors, seem too bright for SEN. I don't really know what else to say other than they look icky.

That's all that dev and them need. They can cut the images up into the appropriate css/html, as long as they have base images with which to do it. I think that point has been made before, several times, if not to you them woopsies

No remakes of anything. gtfo. New stuff only. But If you can't you can't.

For SEN? The site or the people who inhabit it?

Here is what I need:

In a cadet kitchen, there is a dish pit. (Where all the dishes are washed.) It seems like the cadets are really stupid since they can't even stack trays correctly. I need some clip arts that can show them how everything should be placed. (They put trays one on the other, but it doesn't stack since they are not well aligned.)

Trays are like that:
There are also some rubber trays and they shouldn't be mixed with the plastic trays shown above.

The glasses are put inside those racks: 6x6

Plates of the same size are stacked together. (They stack big plates with small plates and when the pile is too high, it falls.)
In all, there are 3 kind of plates, big plates, medium plates for salad and really small plates for desert.

There are also brown cereal bowls, and yellow soup bowls. They should not be mixed together.

I'm not sure if this post looks good, but if you are interested to do it, I can give more details and give you some pictures of how the place looks like.

Any images or buttons I can create I'll try and do. Any more suggestions you all? Store item thumbnails? Site buttons?

Thar we go. Go ahead and do it. Just do all of it. All of everything. Anything you can think of thats on the site. That should keep you busy for a while. We'll come around and make a commotion out of things that come out good so that someone might implement them.

On the Epic skin, some forum icons are doubled.

Switch your skin to the Epic one.
Then, look at the forum images/icons. Those images are to the left of the forum's link and description.
If you look at all of them, some are exactly the same, even thought they represent two different forums.
For example, look at the contests' icons.

Here is a set of buttons (one for mouse over) for the edit post function. How do these look? Would something like these be suitable for the rest of the post function buttons?

I'm currently a bit too lazy to read the entire topic but as you asked in shoutbox, I would not mind having new graphics for everything if they fit the design and size. V5 is over

Already done, just isn't released yet. My default skin has been stuck as Carbonite for 2 weeks now.

They look okay I guess but why are we adding MORE images, instead of removing them so SEN loads faster and uses less bandwidth etc?
