I'll make a duplicate trigger for each Terran building that would could be in the process of being built.[2017-5-23. : 7:00 pm] ![]() Mouse shouted: Ashamed I'm not sure if you saw my previous responses, but I am having a spell that kills a building controlled by a player one at a time, every second. The system is set to destroy a building individually if it's controlled, and in-progress Terran buildings cannot be detected by "commands at least 1". I need there to be at least one on the map for the trigger to fire, otherwise it'll keep firing, no? I would do at most like Nuderaider suggested - but yes in my example it would keep firing until it saw a building - but you could of done it this way as well.[2017-5-23. : 6:56 pm] ![]() [2017-5-23. : 6:52 pm] Mouse -- AshamedAshamed shouted: Mouse Why can't you use exactly 0 then??? Just make it so the trigger changes a DC or something if it sees more than 1 I'm not sure if you saw my previous responses, but I am having a spell that kills a building controlled by a player one at a time, every second. If you're not, consider lowering your standards.I turned Oh that is exactly what I am going to do ha, but I need this guy to match my current salary first ha. He wants me to call him at 4:00 I bet I will get it lol. I also am pretty damn sure another company is going to be giving me an offer letter as well lol[2017-5-23. : 6:44 pm] Mouse -- So then how would you use that "at most" condition to detect if there is a building there? Because you can't put "at least 1" since that still wouldn't detect if there was one. Even if there are 0 of them, that trigger would continue to fire.[2017-5-23. : 6:38 pm] ![]() [2017-5-23. : 6:38 pm] ![]() [2017-5-23. : 6:36 pm] ![]() [2017-5-23. : 6:35 pm] ![]() [2017-5-23. : 6:19 pm] Mouse -- NudeRaiderNudeRaider shouted: Mouse uhm I can't remember the specifics, but you *can* detect buildings under construction. IIRC it depends either on which qualifier (at least/at most/exactly) you use if the bring condition triggers. Hey Nude. And how would that work exactly? The player will have a Probe and SCVs that can build freely so I am unsure on how to detect those buildings that are in the process of being built.[2017-5-23. : 6:07 pm] ![]() Mouse shouted: No as in if an SCV has not canceled but stopped building it and left. I have a system (spell) that destroys buildings (one every second) and then men controlled by a human player. However, if there is an in-progress Terran building, it never finishes the cycle. uhm I can't remember the specifics, but you *can* detect buildings under construction. Would that Zergling spawn underneath the battery, or next to it and prevent you from building next to it?[2017-5-23. : 4:16 am] Mouse -- Yeah so there would have to be a trigger for each number of shield batteries[2017-5-23. : 4:15 am] ![]() [2017-5-23. : 4:14 am] ![]() [2017-5-23. : 4:13 am] Mouse -- There would be a lot of triggers involved to keep up the shield battery count, right? |
