[2014-8-15. : 7:31 pm]
lil-Inferno -- Maybe they just forgot about Silvermoon. I remember reading somewhere that when they enabled flying on the mainland, they had to recreate a lot of it since some parts were left blank since you couldn't reach them without flying.
[2014-8-15. : 6:55 pm]
Wing Zero -- But yeah im 90 now and im just getting onto raids and stuff
[2014-8-15. : 6:54 pm]
Wing Zero -- Still cant fly in Silvermoon for some reason
[2014-8-15. : 6:33 pm]
lil-Inferno -- This was before Cataclysm, so you couldn't fly on the mainland, only in Outlands and Northrend.
[2014-8-15. : 6:28 pm]
Wing Zero -- Thats what I did
[2014-8-15. : 6:28 pm]
Wing Zero -- Cant you just fly to the island?
[2014-8-15. : 6:07 pm]
Dem0n -- wtf m8 wts goin on
[2014-8-15. : 5:40 pm]
lil-Inferno -- Fun times. I'm really curious what the chat in those cities was like.
[2014-8-15. : 5:40 pm]
lil-Inferno -- Yeah, I just asked in city trade chat if anyone wanted to raid Alliance cities for lulz. A few people got on board and then I guess herd mentality took over and we had 40 people taking over Darkshore waiting for the boat to the Night Elf island that I forget the name of. From there we went to every major Alliance city and killed the leaders.
[2014-8-15. : 1:49 pm]
Wing Zero -- Simultaneously?
[2014-8-15. : 11:56 am]
lil-Inferno -- I could put that on a resume for leadership ability lel.
[2014-8-15. : 11:53 am]
lil-Inferno -- I'll never forget when I led a raid on every Alliance city simultaneously, though, to kill the leaders for that bear mount.
[2014-8-15. : 11:52 am]
lil-Inferno -- Fun game, but too much of a waste of time now.
[2014-8-15. : 11:51 am]
lil-Inferno -- I used to play during vanilla, took a break before Burning Crusade, then took a break before Wrath of the Lich King, then stopped when Cataclysm was released.
[2014-8-15. : 6:19 am]
Wing Zero -- Anyone here still play it?
[2014-8-15. : 6:19 am]
Wing Zero -- Yeah I need more loot
[2014-8-15. : 4:44 am]
Fire_Kame -- sucker
[2014-8-15. : 4:44 am]
Fire_Kame -- and the new exp is coming out in November
[2014-8-15. : 4:36 am]
Wing Zero -- In wow, and IRL due to the marathon i pulled all of last week
[2014-8-15. : 4:35 am]
Wing Zero -- Guys my brother started playing wow recently, so i reactivated my old account to play with him. I missed so much now!
[2014-8-15. : 4:27 am]
trgk -- I can't think of any other reasons;
[2014-8-15. : 4:26 am]
trgk -- Maybe you need virtualprotect
[2014-8-15. : 4:10 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- I made it write to a bunch of values and they all work, but trying to edit code doesn't
[2014-8-15. : 4:08 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- It doesn't have write access. I was doing it in a debugger, and the offending line is the code I added :P
[2014-8-15. : 4:06 am]
jjf28 -- if it crashes before that it might not have write access
[2014-8-15. : 4:04 am]
jjf28 -- yea you'd have to fix a couple pointers...
[2014-8-15. : 4:03 am]
jjf28 -- oh i getcha
[2014-8-15. : 4:03 am]
jjf28 -- Chkdraft crashes?
[2014-8-15. : 3:45 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- access violations
[2014-8-15. : 3:45 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Also I tried making code that edits the Set Deaths action and it crashes ;o
[2014-8-15. : 3:40 am]
jjf28 -- it'll prolly be something else
[2014-8-15. : 3:39 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Is it just going to show a "Preserve Trigger()" action, or is it going to be something else?
[2014-8-15. : 3:38 am]
jjf28 -- ikr, i think i put that in than replaced all the code or something, i'll rewrite it into texttrigs soon
[2014-8-15. : 3:07 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- If the Preserve Trigger flag is set, CHKDraft should show it somehow :O
[2014-8-15. : 2:57 am]
jjf28 -- ninja'd
[2014-8-15. : 2:57 am]
jjf28 -- I also like how they could read the version and used the appropriate upgrade/tech section size accordingly (like they did locations) but instead make a new section
[2014-8-15. : 2:56 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Not to mention the complementary "???S" and "???x" sections
[2014-8-15. : 2:52 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- Like the 4 "version" sections. Only one is ever read by SC.
[2014-8-15. : 2:51 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- It's just silly how redundant a bunch of these sections are.
[2014-8-15. : 2:51 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- IOWN, OWNR :P
[2014-8-15. : 2:43 am]
jjf28 -- wait, only owner*
[2014-8-15. : 2:38 am]
jjf28 -- In that case I still believe it was the race or owner being invalid, as those have two sections they get saved too -- thanks obama
[2014-8-15. : 2:34 am]
O)FaRTy1billion[MM] -- "Azrael -- Canada has kind of adopted them, except when it comes to weights: In the store, the packages are in grams, but meats/fish/etc are often marked in pounds." Well then you are far more ahead than Britain. :P They seem to arbitrarily use either system all over the place. My mom complains that a lot of times one brand of a similar product will be in grams, and another in ounces making it difficult to comparison-shop.
[2014-8-15. : 2:33 am]
CecilSunkure -- It seems to have been none of those :( All I did was restart the editor and save the map
[2014-8-15. : 2:33 am]
CecilSunkure -- :P
[2014-8-15. : 2:29 am]
jjf28 -- player 8's owner or race is not valid, the start location is too close to the edge of the map or off the map, player 8 doesn't actually have a start location, player 8 is actually showing up
[2014-8-15. : 2:27 am]
CecilSunkure -- Looks like it was a weird bug in SCMDraft... Restarting it fixed the problem.
[2014-8-15. : 2:22 am]
CecilSunkure -- Player 8 won't show up in this map. It has a start location. Any idea why?
[2014-8-15. : 1:12 am]
jjf28 -- most parts of the metric system were built on top of existing systems for writing numbers and with magnitudes that have regular use; wouldn't consider that random or baseless
[2014-8-15. : 1:06 am]
jjf28 -- define arbitrary
[2014-8-15. : 12:54 am]
MasterJohnny -- hello
[2014-8-15. : 12:16 am]
CecilSunkure -- Hi MasterJohnny!
[2014-8-15. : 12:09 am]
Dem0n -- math sux
[2014-8-15. : 12:05 am]
MasterJohnny -- arbitrary*
[2014-8-15. : 12:04 am]
MasterJohnny -- it gives the sense that such systems are not arbituary
[2014-8-15. : 12:04 am]
Devourer -- :C
[2014-8-15. : 12:04 am]
MasterJohnny -- I, as a math major, hate the metric system
[2014-8-14. : 9:05 pm]
jjf28 -- #tricky
[2014-8-14. : 9:05 pm]
jjf28 -- finally got a MDI Child window's proc inside a class
[2014-8-14. : 9:04 pm]
jjf28 -- woot
[2014-8-14. : 7:24 pm]
jjf28 -- http://xkcd.com/1179/
[2014-8-14. : 7:08 pm]
Roy -- That's not exact enough because it doesn't count leap seconds.
[2014-8-14. : 6:57 pm]
Devourer -- Why don't we just be more exact and always use the unix time stamp whenever something was written or for deadlines and what not
[2014-8-14. : 6:54 pm]
Roy -- Everyone knows ISO 8601 is the only true way to format a date.
[2014-8-14. : 6:29 pm]
Sacrieur -- Yes sir, now how many furlongs of fabric would you like?
[2014-8-14. : 6:28 pm]
Dem0n -- Savages.
[2014-8-14. : 6:27 pm]
Azrael -- -_-
[2014-8-14. : 6:27 pm]
Azrael -- Sometimes they pull out a conversion chart and a calculator.
[2014-8-14. : 6:27 pm]
Azrael -- At a grocery store near me, they have their prices in pounds but their scales are in kilograms, so they can't even tell you how much your shit will cost until you take it to the register.
[2014-8-14. : 6:26 pm]
Azrael -- Canada has kind of adopted them, except when it comes to weights: In the store, the packages are in grams, but meats/fish/etc are often marked in pounds.
