it should be blind as the second zealots represents an extra life. Therefor the game ends after you died twice.

After I died I got a Zealot that wasn't blind.
After I died again, nothing happened... :(

I've played this again and almost finished it. This map is just awesome and well made, except for times it's boring to check where you can now go through when "You opened a pathway".

This is a very well-made map. Fwop definately deserves a pie for making this. :)

The prize isn't immediate. But something DOES happen if you catch all the birds.

Lol, I've played this 2 weeks ago and finished it, it was quite fun!
I think I had all the birds (the pubbies and me were doing it as a "funny side-quest" without knowing it would do anything and when we though we had caught all birds, we received nothing, so we just must have left 1 somewhere :'( )

Fwop_ wrote on Nov 22 2008, 5:04 pm:
Hint: Birds don't open any doors, the switches open doors. If you catch all the birds, you will receive a prize at a certain event in the map.

Devourer wrote on Nov 22 2008, 4:33 pm:
you catch a birth and check again if any "door" has opend??? that's... ehhm.... unreal

Fwop_ wrote on Nov 22 2008, 3:34 pm:
That would take away some of the mystery feeling I was going for. Everything you do has an effect.

Nice idea... but
this needs MANY more descriptions
first of all: "You caught a bird" i think with the net i found.... and has it any effect of the game? dont seems so
and: you should not use DTs as walls thats annoying because you sometimes think that the zealot is moving like he drunk....

Zoan -- of course it isn't full understanding. You could ask "is the mechanism by which this counterexample blows up the ONLY mechanism possible for an initial configuration to blow up?"
[05:48 pm]
Zoan -- ppl do it all the time in PDEs
[05:47 pm]
Zoan -- Heinermann
Heinermann shouted: it also didn't solve that problem but hey as long as the investors are pleased
Constructing a counterexample is answering the question: "Is Navier Stokes well posed?" in the negative
[05:44 pm]
NudeRaider -- I only heard about it, didn't any news article, so what did it do then?
[05:43 pm]
Heinermann -- it also didn't solve that problem but hey as long as the investors are pleased
[05:39 pm]
NudeRaider -- I have no idea tbh. All I know no human was ever able to solve it, but there's at least a few that beat portal ;)
[05:32 pm]
Zoan -- Navier Stokes is not that esoteric I thought
[04:32 pm]
NudeRaider -- Zoan
Zoan shouted: I find it kind of sad that on the same day it was announced AI solved Navier Stokes, it was also announced AI beat Portal, and there's a good deal of people who don't know which is more impressive
you find it sad not everyone is a math nerd?
[03:25 pm]
NudeRaider -- (and yes, I capitalized that correctly :ego:)
[03:24 pm]
NudeRaider -- Symmetry
Symmetry shouted: Hi not I'm dad
Hi dad, I'm nude
