Needs major balancing.

I removed turret systems and instead am using 7 human players and an enemy computer as resistance when taking over small planets.

New gas income system, removed the need for ridiculous amount of micro trying to manage your gas production.
Unit upkeep - the more units you have the more it costs to maintain your fleet (utilize a small, teched up force!)
