I'm having problems with Zerg mass spawning from about 23 Hatcheries. My aim is to make all of them pumping units in an insane mass. Not with triggers but with an AI.
Thank you.

Run AI script Insane Zerg Campain?
None.
And make the units either free, or give the computer a lot of minerals.
None.
I'm not a noob. I've given them a shit load of minerals and gas, and given Insane AI. Doesn't work.

There's no mass pumping ai. Insane is the best you got.
You can improve the performance of insane ai by making multiple computer players having the same color.
If that's not enough write your own ai (=modding) or use triggers.
If your not a modder, triggers are your best bet. There just aren't any AI's that fulfill near what you're looking for.
With some effort you could make it look authentic.
None.
IF player has one larve at anywhere, center location on the sucker, and turn it into a pair of zerglings or hydralisk. That'll do you some justice.
Then again, if you wanna go with a randomization feature, random switchs help >:D

Try to use the Custom AI. Insane only uses the buildings that the AI builds itself. Custom is not so aggressive but uses all the preplaced buildings *I think*.
?????
Mix DM's and Clokr_'s ideas, and you has epicness.

If you follow DM's idea there won't be any larvae for Clokr_'s ai to use. So you'd need to check for like 5 larvae and then replace 1 of them.
And for added effect, you could move an egg there, run the time, then make the unit and move the egg away.

He's trying to mass spawn. I guess he wants 0 build time.
I think all he wants is an AI which starts building units on every hatchery he preplaced.
?????
Well there isn't a whole ton of point to no triggers to spawn except to make it more real. I was assuming he might want to make it more authentic looking that way.
Even with 0 build time there has to be an egg, so if really really want he could simulate this.
Just throwing that out there.

yea the find larva and switch idea seems to be your best bet
o but Clokr, Insane does build using the preplaced buildings also... tried it with zerg hives / Insane zerg AI... i didn't once see comp make a drone though o.0

Couple of things with AIs.
- Make sure the race you're running the script for is actually the race (IE: player 8 is protoss but has zerg buildings and you're trying to run a zerg script)
- The ONLY units a computer can have are drones. If it has anything else the script will fail. Buildings are okay. Lots and lots of hatcheries are good. The AI will make use of all pre-placed buildings.
- Give them unlimited minerals and gas. Improves their performance.

Actually I might have been wrong. You might want to try the Campaign AI scripts thought. Here is the descripction that blizzard does of the standard AI scripts:

Don't think I am a total noob. I'll tell you what I've tried: (Note: I'm using regular StarEdit, SCMDraft 2 crashes all the time for me)
- Battle.net AI-Script help
- Insane AI with three computers
- currently doing triggered Create
- Note: all building times are normal
- Note: I don't wanna change anything in the map.
- they come fast enuff in normal speed
I've ended up with Create trigger.
