Hi,
I'm working on a map to help muta chase microing where player 1 controls a mutalisk who has to chase down certain units with high hp and kill them before they reach the end of a path.
My question is, is there a way to make it so the firebat and marine use stim pack to get down the path more quickly?
Thanks a ton
None.
Computer marines will use stim packs if they 1). have the ability enabled and researched and 2). are attacked and begin to return fire and 3). have more than 10 health. But there's no "Use Stim Packs Here" action or script.
None.
They use stim pack if they fight against units with 80(?)+ HP.
None.
Place a unit for them to attack in some area, let them attack it, then move them to the area you want them to attack. Stim only lasts 10 seconds, so they will only have 10 seconds of speed.

Rockz,
Oh wow that's really clever. Maybe I'll make a really low hp unit appear with the rine/bat, have them stim-kill it, then run the path, and every 10 seconds make a new low hp unit spawn for them to kill and re-stim. Thanks a lot, and thanks to everyone else for your input, even though you pretty much told me it's impossible <_<
I also think there's a way to do if with memory grafting but I'm not too keen on that... Oh well... If anyone is I'd appreciate some tips about making units stim and then run somewhere.
None.
If you have low hp, they won't stim. And I'd only do it once. You ideally want them to move as fast as possible, and making them stim again would just waste time.
