How to detect flying Buildings?

Hello there. How do I detect a flying building For example a terran engineering bay gets lifted up. And I want it to be destroyed asap and a new one gets created in its place. I know how to create-destroy I just dont know about detecting the building flying thing. (--- I know.. that looks stupid :D
But help please.

Go to location properties (click on the location and press enter) and then uncheck all the ground layers so that only Low Air, Medium Air, and High Air are checked. It should look like this:



Then, in your condition, check to see when the player brings the building to that location, and then destroy it.
