Is there an easy way to block pathing for ground units in a region?

Also, when I checked the wiki site you link to, I was redirected to nude pictures of emma watson. While nice, they weren't terribly helpful.

None.

I don't know about the actual question at hand, but the wiki does not do that; it seems likely that you have some sort of malware. I assume you mean http://www.galaxywiki.net/?

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

No.
You need to place units which have a footprint which blocks ground movement.

Since the footprint editor works again, you can create footprints as big as you need them, I think.
