Unit fire speed

I'm trying to balance the units on my RPG map, and though I've come up with a formula, I don't know unit fire rates. Has someone made any record of unit fire rates?

I have in mind something like

Unit Fire Rate
Marine 1/2
Ghost .5
Firebat .45

and such. Unit fire rates relative to the Marine, which is considered 1, or 2 upon stim pack (or however much faster stim pack makes a marine).

So, where can I find? :D

Values courtesy DatEdit. If some of them seem odd, it's due either to unit animations being longer than their cooldown ( Yamato Gun and Halo Rockets come to mind, and also Ultralisks, whom can be made to attack faster than normal by telling it to attack a target again at the right time in its animation ) , or psychological bias. That, or whatever the mechanism behind units desynching with each other when they started attacking on the exact same frame is...

Not exactly the values you requested, but it's quite possible to convert them, I should suppose.

Modders win. ;P Unfortunately, I'd require testing to find the value shifts for Stim Pack and Adrenal Glands, which I might be able to do soon. Going to the store in a moment and I might forget, though. xP Some other modder may know the exact change imparted by them, however.

ᴄʜᴇᴇsᴇ ɪᴛ!

Stim Packs cut this in half. I have no proof of this, but I feel it goes from 7-8 frames per attack, which means 7.5.

Adrenal glands decreases cooldown by 2. I have no proof of this either, but I read it somewhere.

Infested Kerrigan has a 15, but she doesn't attack at the same speed of marines and such. Apparently her attack animation is very long, and cooldown doesn't come into play until after that animation has finished.

Apparently starcraft runs at 15 frames per second on normal, and 24 on fastest. That means a marine shoots once per second on normal.

Most of these numbers are accurate representations, with the exception of Infested Kerrigan.

If you would like to test out these values, there is a simple way to make a map which can time it. Make a bunch of isolated buildings with 9999 life, set all damages down to 1. Place enemy units beside its own building. Wait x seconds, or use elapsed time (note that elapsed time is 15 frames/game second, and fastest will still keep that, but the real seconds will be 24 frames/real second) and give all the units back/kill them. Come back after those seconds and calculate the rates. You will need to increase damage for concussive weapons and take into account multiple hits.
