Can't Run StarCraft

StarCraft has been working perfectly for me for the past couple of weeks and when I tried to play it today I got an error message... (see image)

As what it says, my video card suddenly doesn't seem to want to run StarCraft, but yet it will run Half-Life 2 and Garry's Mod with no problems... It said that maybe my DirectX 9 would need to be updated, so that is what I did and still nothing. Does anyone have anything that can help me with this? Please and thank you...

run>dxdiag
test the direct draw
if it encounters no problems then...i dunno..
it is possible that you are running a 3d application and that causes the problem

If in doubt. Do what the error tells you.

Stupid post... Wasn't even worth your time.

But I have another problem on my hands... Now I can only play StarCraft once (as in closeing it and then reopening it) then the direct draw error comes back up again... I have everything checked that should be checked but this still isn't working... any other suggestions on why it doesn't work after the second try?

My brother has the exact same problem, it's an odd Vista error...

I don't know if this is the case or not, but when I run Steam then StarCraft won't work... but when Steam is shut off and sometimes my computer is restarted everything will work find...

Vrael shouted: Idk, I was looking more for a dehumidifer company which maybe stands out as a beacon of relief amidst damp and unpredictable climates of bustling metropolises. Not sure Amazon qualifies
sounds like moisture control is often a pressing concern in your city

Vrael -- Maybe here on the StarEdit Network I could look through the Forums for some Introductions to people who care about the Topics of Dehumidifiers and Carpet Cleaning?
