Yeah ok so I know I just made another topic 2 seconds ago but this one is kinda very important
So I found a deer tick (almost certain it is, it's the right size) on me and I scratched it first before I knew, killing it, and then I removed it when I realized what it was (I kept the tick, no worries there, it can be tested).
That was two days ago.
I almost immediately got a red bump. I still have it. It's swollen and red.
What should I do/what do I need to know?

Not quite sure what useful advice you're expecting to get here, unless someone is secretly a doctor or something.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lyme_diseaseThe risk of infection increases with the time the tick is attached, and if a tick is attached for less than 24 hours, infection is unlikely.
None.

Go to a doctor. Do you really need teenagers on the internet to tell you that?
tits
I found a tick on me that had been there for a few minutes, and I just got sick a day later (like a normal cold). Since this happened 2 days ago, you're probably fine.
Go see a doctor if you're really worried about it, though.

FFS Don't come to the internet for medical help. You should go see a doctor.
I've had so many ticks, and just plucked them off. Never heard about all this, always thought lyme disease was were sailors got in ancient times because they didn't eat any fruit.
Which they ate limes to prevent.
