Hardware wise iPhones already sucked compared to alot of the HTC phones so I am not surprised.

What's so outrageous? They are working on a fix...

its a hardware, not a software problem, tho. apple just doesnt care about its customers. its become a big scary cold behemoth of a company! and the zombies who buy shiny things will still eat it up

duct tape fixes everything. As an aside, apple does care about its sheep. This is something that wasn't noticed in testing (and I must say I can understand how). Give it a bit of time and they'll come up with something. If they don't bother with a recall or fix, then they'll lose a lot of customers. What gets me is that during the mac-con or whatever, they couldn't get the video call to work properly, because everyone was using the wifi. I don't understand how everyone ELSE was using the wifi perfectly, and the iphone couldn't?

I made this topic because I felt like trolling.

My AT&T contract has been up for a while, and I've been debating whether I want to upgrade tot he iPhone 4 or switch to a Droid (incredible or X). Despite this being a troll thread or whatever, that link has helped me quite a bit.

I'd wait for the holidays to buy a new phone. Windows Phone 7 is coming out then, and that may be the best OS or at least worth getting. Plus, Blackberry's OS6 looks very nice, and that's coming out soon. Anyway, that's when I'll get my new phone. Planning on WP7 (It's based on the Zune HD's interface, which is awesome) unless reviews say it's bad.

Otherwise, if you want it now, I'd go for an Android device. iOS looks too much like a crappy windows for a phone to me - nothing but apps. No integration between them, etc.

Yeah, I have a first gen iPhone and it's basically a paperweight now. I have a feeling I'll be switching to a Droid after I get a feel for them.

I'm not a huge fan of Blackberry, however, but the Windows phone may be promising.

I had a decent opinion of Schumer due to knowing little about him previously. Such a cheap attempt to get support, though... screw him. <_<

free bumpers. I wouldn't use an iphone without one anyway (not that I'd use an iphone ever).

The hardware is fantastic. I dislike iOS, though. <_<

So far I'm really loving the Android OS on my girlfriend's DROID. Totally prefer it to the iPhone's OS.
