Will map editing in Starcraft 2 have less power, the same power, or more power then map editing Starcraft 1 with scmdraft2?

None.

I don't know, but I would be more than surprised if the editor wouldn't have MUCH more power...
Compare with wc3.

We can't judge by the no knowledge we have about starcraft 2 right now. But if you are up to date with the frequent questions & answers that battle.net/Blizzard Entertainment has given us throughout the months or weeks, they've stated that all things from previous map making will be supported such as player 12, etc. I think it will be the same but better because of new terrain blending and possible built in map protection.

We live in a society.

A. You are not asking for help with anything.
B. Save this question for when StarCraft 2 is released.
