Haha... the ol' grindstone...

I worked on this map when I was 12'ish for several years... Here's a copy of my latest. (From SCI)

Ya, played that a lot in the original. Mind if I use some ideas of units from it? I'm kinda unimaginative, so it's difficult for me to think up ideas. Therefore I simply steal others. ;) Why do you think I'm doing this old thing? :3

Hey so was there a ez way to port the maps from SC1 to SC2.. or was it just made from scratch..

Other than that... the ol' grind has got to be made some time... not to mention Penguin Wars gotta be made too :D

Nah, I did it all by scratch. Wasn't that hard to make 2 different places and quadruple them. :P

As for my 'The Hunters' map, I did that legacy thing and terrained it with the template I got. The legacy converter isn't all that great.

I've actually been making a lot of progress. I'm nearly ready to start beta testing. If you wanna help me out there, please do. ^.^ Cuz I need some testers. I don't have nearly as many purchaseable units as you do, but I don't really expect to gain too many. Each unit will have a role, I'm gonna try to not make units overlap roles.

Are there upgrades in it? I hated the edits people made in SCBW that didn't have upgrades.

It's on B.net, I'm not releasing it for download due to privacy and stealing and blah blah. I'll update its current version when all the bugs are worked out.

EDIT: Bugs worked out, map uploaded as v1.2

Bump for progress

So I was basically finished with the map during beta. Since then, I got back to working on it... a lot.

A lot has changed since my last release. I'll be updating the main thread with some screenshots of changes. Feel free to comment anything you might like to be included. (Pff, like you have good suggestions)

With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort
