i saw my friend play GHII, then I played for the first time and failed epicly on easy doing the first song...how does he do that? that guy has played that non stop i swear...
None.
I don't even actually own Guitar Hero on any console, and I'm better than him. I go to my friends' house to play II and III. I am better then all of them in a certain sense [They can't shredd at all
]. I bought a 360 X-plorer to play back up for them on GHII at first, and kick their arses in Pro Face Off. When not at their places, I plug my X-plorer into my computer and play Frets On Fire. I have all the Guitar Hero games on it. So much anger when playing Frets on Fire... In a shredding solo the notes at too close to each other, and if you miss one note then it's almost impossible get back on. Through The Fire And The Flames on Frets on Fire is stupid, but I can hall arse on 360.

Are the touch buttons only on Wii, or is it that way for all the systems?
None.
I think he means the buttons on the guitar
None.
The wii controller fit in is awesome. We get vibrating guitars from the controller and the speakers on the controller for awesome sound.
I heard playing guitar hero can mess up your real guitar skills. Anyone?
It didnt mess up my skills, its harder to play guitar hero if you can play guitar though. More of the other way around for me.
it will make you fasterf at changeing frets =) i own at GH3 anybody have it for the Wii we could play online =)
None.
If you dont have enough money for GHIII,
get Frets On fireIts free and you can play it on your computer. You can also import songs from Guitar Hero.

I do.
As for TTFATF I can tap the intro on slow with 100%, I'm working on full speed, but I really suck at the elbow strum so it'll take awhile.
None.
Elbow strum? You're playing it with two hands? You just need to stretch your fingers more.

Strum first note with elbow, the rest are hammer ons. That's how you're supposed to play that intro, much like solo b in Jordan, it's the only physically possible way to FC them.

LOL, what a slow-poke! You only need one hand to play the intro... I don't know about some of the fillers though.. I'm not able to hit a few of them 100%. Besides, Through the Fire and the Flames is a really dumb song. The intro is electric keyboard set to guitar, and so is a lot of the fillers. Plus, Dragonforce speeds up most of their recordings. Pretty cheap to even put it in a game titled 'Guitar Hero Legends of Rock'. Aren't they Power Metal? Gawd...

Post a video of yourself getting 100% on the intro without tapping, then go be the best GH player in the world. And the intro is Spanish guitar. It isn't sped up, but it wasn't all recorded in one session. There are many non-rock songs in it. (Including pop and grunge.)
In short, you're an idiot.
None.
Oh come on, I was just poking some fun. The intro really is piano set to guitar though. Also, I don't have a camcorder. Wanna buy me a camcorder, or send me the money through PayPal?

For Frets on Fire, do you like plug you're GH controller into your computer or something?
EDIT: I tried dling it from that link but it didn't work. When I try to launch Frets on Fire it says that it can't launch it because it's missing some application or like file or something.
EDIT: It says, "This application has failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I've tried reinstalling/re-downloading it like 50 times but I still get the same error.
EDIT: Ok so I got FoF but how do you make your GH guitar work for your computer?

You got it going? Ok, all you need to is plug in your X-Plorer guitar into the USB port. Start up the game (Make sure that the guitar is plugged in before you start it up.) and then go to Settings > to Key Settings > and just set up the buttons to those on the guitar. This is what I have set up so you can compare...
Pick: Joy #1, hat 0 (0,1)
Secondary Pick: Joy #1, hat 0 (0,-1)
Fret #1: Joy #1, a
Fret #2: Joy #1, b
Fret #3: Joy #1, d
Fret #4: Joy #1, c
Fret #5: Joy #1, e
Move left: Joy #1 hat 0 (-1,0)
Move right: Joy #1 hat 0 (1,0)
Move up: Joy #1 hat 0 (0,-1)
Move down: Joy #1 hat 0 (0,1)
Canel: Joy #1, g
Test all the keys to make sure the work ok with the Test Keys one. I think my Frets on Fire has the start button set to Select though, just a heads up.
