My terrain is decent and thats good enough for me.. it's not the only category that's being judged I'm least concerned with.

Lol, no but seriously, you will just lose a few points over the aestheticism... all judges have their likes and anyways, blockiness IS part of the aestheticism of a map. ;o
For now, I cannot judge, my CPU keep closing any program using Internet (I am actually on my sister's CPU).

PROBLEM: My game is crashing due to an unknown unit. I know it's a unit because I eliminated a specific section of units on the map and it didn't crash. Still looking for it atm, it might be several units. If I can't find it by the 31st I'll have to drop out or substitute another map.

I guess you mistyped the Player number while editing the unit ownership.
-> Select multiple of your units and edit the ownership again. This should fix your problem. (you can test, if this is the error's source by editing the ownership of all units on the map and testing the map again [not the start locations] )

editing all player colors can help to spot the wrong unit, too.

My problem with you judging is that ideally the judges would be seasoned mappers. I have never heard of you, but a quick background check tells me you aren't. But, the offer is appreciated and if I can't get anyone else to volunteer, I'll take you up on that offer.
