Relatively ancient and inactive

With Christmas coming up and there still being a notable portion of SEN's populace which regularly receives Christmas presents, I was wondering what you were planning to order.

I'm particularly spoiled, so, actually, I'm getting things for both Christmas and New Years. So far, my list consists of a Zune HD (because it's shiny) and something my brother refers to as a 'N' dongle, which is supposedly going to speed up my internets. Still thinking of what else to order - I'm planning on getting a laptop later on, so there's a better chance of a 13 or 14" with a decent graphics card coming out, a laptop that would be able to play SCII and DIII.

The sword and the faith

I'm getting money which I will combine to purchase the following:
Phenom II X4 955
Top tier AM3 motherboard. (ASUS, Gigabyte or DFI offering.)
G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2GB DDR3 1600

Depending on how much I have left:
Logitec MX518 or Razer Abyss
Heatsink and thermal grease for said Phenom II.

Probably getting a giftcard which I'll use to buy a new pair of shoes. A giftcard which I'll use to buy a new jacket (might be the same as the shoes giftcard). And a fair amount of cash in the form of B&N giftcards.

EDIT: Also some cash in the form of cash.

Are you sure about that?

I get a Wii... At least so I think. Other than that, some clothes I guess. The Wii is not even for me, my brother just needs to buy whatever shit and he wants a Wii :/

You don't deserve anything with that attitude. Take your bah humbugs elsewhere - some people are trying to enjoy the season.

I really don't have anything on my list this year unlike other years but my family always gives me something. Anyway, I've been wanting a ps3/360 but let's face it, I don't even play anymore.

ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

I'm getting a graphic card for this piece of shit computer. And if my parents get me something for my birthday (it's in January, so I don't usually get anything because of xmas), I'll ask for a 360 game. Probably something like Tekken 6 of Dragon Age: Origin.

You're lucky. I wish I had a record player. Sooo many good records out there. Sound quality is even better than CD.

An MP3 player is way, waaaaay more versatile than a CD player, in my opinion. And this is coming from someone who used to listen to music with a CD player. Ever since I got an iPod my life is just so much... Easier.

ALL PRAISE YOUR SUPREME LORD CORBO

I'm surprised you don't have one, norm

I'm lucky that my parents kept theirs. It's an awesome stereo, it plays cassetes (or whatever they're called in english), tunes radio and plays vinyls. I have a couple of vinyls myself.
And I agree, the sound quality is VERY amzaing.

fuck you all
