At least you got a Portal Key instead of Assassin's Shroud. Makes me rage when people go Shroud, so easily countered. Though, an SS did own me and Hydro the other day with two Doombringers, but I blame that on Hydro and his terrible play middle with Slither.

At least he's not asking for techies.... god i want to punch every single person on the hon forums who asks for techies. Another good port imo is phantom lancer, who was really useful in some situations, or invoker, who was just mad fun. Chaos knight would also be reaaaaally fun, although he is based completely on luck lol.

And his third skill on his crit? and the fact that his illusions get that crit and 100% damage, so its still luck whether you get enough crits off? In addition to his second, which stacks with his third to get an extra 300 damage on the blink if you get a crit?

That is like saying Madman is luck-based because he has crits, and then when you use his ultimate, you get more +atk speed, and you get a higher chance of getting crits! Or that's like saying Scout is luck-based, because he has disarm, and when you use vanish, you can disarm him for more damage and more attack speed! Or when you're Rampage, and you like, attack him, and you stun him, and then you stun him again, and then you ultimate, and then you're like omg, LUCKZ! Yes, there is luck involved, but Blacksmith is probably the only hero where is hero is completely broken by luck. Chaos Knight is still a viable character even if you always get a 1 second stun and crits only sometimes.

Yes ultimo, but all those examples you listed have 1 skill which involves luck. I know blacksmith is the biggest luck based hero, but chaos knight is the second biggest hero affected by luck, as, just like bs, all of his skills in some way work with luck.

Rampage- charge and ult also have no luck based. I guess his second semi-synergizes with his bash... so kinda luck...
Scout- once again, only disarm and vanish synergize to be luck based.
Chaos knight- 1st: luck based. 2nd, crit works into it, so it involves luck. 3rd: luck. 4th: illusions get his passive crit, have luck built into them.
Blacksmith- pretty obvious.
See, i say he's luck based simply because all of his skills have some ground in getting lucky and critting or getting high damage on your opponents. There's a big different with him between hitting your opponent for 6 hits with his illusions and getting no crits and hitting your opponents for 6 hits all crits with his illusions.

I believe there's a tooltip somewhere that states he's based off chaos (hence "chaos knight") so his moves are inconsistent. I can't find it though 
I loved techies. And PLancer. He was fun. Jakiro too. I'd like to see Clinkz. He was fun. We don't really have too many ranged carries, well, HARD ranged carries, in hon.

Soulstealer is the only one that comes to mind. Arachna/Valk are always played more as gankers and semi-carries.
I want to see Centaur Warchief and Puck the most, from what I've read/seen.
S2 has already said that the next couple of heroes are not DotA ports, though. In time though I'd be willing to bet that almost everyone worth mentioning in competitive DotA play gets ported or somehow incorporated, though.
