It's not a ridiculous set of stipulations, you guys just can't figure it out. Play an RD or a BD game against 1600 people, try to play as a 4 carry piece of shit team, and win. 1500 and 1600 are completely different worlds, as are AP and BD. 1700 is another huge step up. Or just play as your typical team and win. People aren't terrible, and you'll find the game a lot more challenging.
That's it. If you don't want to do that, don't expect me to consider you "good."
I don't understand how playing a 4 carry team at 1600+ AP is different from playing a 4 carry team at 1600+ RD. At the very least, playing at AP would be harder because the other team can counter-pick much more effectively. You value PSR too much, there is still bad people at 1600+ and 1700+. Also, assuming we do do that, you're just blame it on the other team having bad picks or having bad players or having a bad team, really, catch-22 you're playing against us FaZ.
edit: especially since EM players can easily get 1600+, but if they play in normal, they would get rocked. PSR =/= skill, so why do you keep demanding 1600+ games?

Playing AP is different because the people who play AP love playing carries and don't know which heroes are solid tier-wise, because you don't pick in alternating fashion. Example: picking a carry first is almost never a good choice, the really game breaking heroes are mostly STR/INT. The vast majority of 1600+ players are good, provided they aren't just playing pubstomps. I've yet to find 1700+ player who isn't good. PSR isn't perfect, but it's pretty damned good, and once random matchmaking comes out it will be essentially flawless.
If you play RD or BD in a 1600+ game, the chances of the other team having bad picks is slim, because people understand what a good team is required to have and don't just pick one of the three heroes they know how to play.
You also don't consider the versatility of PSR: if EM players are playing 1600+ BD games, they are probably losing PSR. Their PSR thus reflects what they know how to play: the chance of someone who doesn't know how to play BD playing a BD game is far less than the chance of him playing whatever he usually plays. Is there a chance you play against a team of 5 APEM players, sure, but it's improbable and thus not really worth considering.

We had 3 carries: Scout, Chronos, and Magebane. I think we get bonus points because we had a handicap on our team. So really, we have 4 points (3 for 3 carries, 1 for Scout).
Do we get bonus points for facing a rounded and skilled team?

I just feel like showing that I'm a decent Soul Stealer. I used to play him in DotA. I think Soul Stealer is very cool in HoN.
When I got my Portal Key, I was able to teleport in and use my ultimate, causing death and destruction.
