I don't know about that, the player using the storm probably sacrificed a lot of time and resources to research the storm and create those templars. If he hadn't researched storms, he probably wouldn't have been able to make enough units in the stead of storms for those hypothetical units to be worth more than the storms themselves. On top of that, he lost the game.
you can make probably 2-3 more units instead of getting storm...

With decent micro, Stalkers/Reapers are deadly. Especially with a cliff. I haven't noticed it before.

Yes, + you can mix either 2 ht, 2 dt or 1 ht and 1 dt together for 1 archon.
