http://www.zshare.net/audio/6270915897b97fc2/ The song begins with the building of a rain storm. Then the song builds and builds to a breakdown which is a moment of clarity or break in the storm (halfway through the breakdown the are panning short blips that signify the return of the rain). Finally we come back to the storm with one more added element that changes the feel of the song/storm and leads to the outro of the storming moving on.
