I don't play anymore though, so I wouldn't know anything about it. Seriously, the staff on eRepublik is crap, and the people on the forums aren't much better. It'd be a great game with some better management and a better population...

You can sell them in the monetary market to get gold (or more IDRs or whatever the Indonesia currency is if you prefer). That's what currency is mostly for, besides simply buying things locally. Gold is far more important.
