I'm not sure if I believe her, but she just sent a long ass message on Facebook. I'll paste the important part and leave out the rest:

This is a REALLY horrible thing. A few months back I painted something stupid on one of PSU's mascot statues and she recorded it on her phone. It was all for jokes and giggles, but I realized I used industrial paint and the crap
would not come off. They made a big deal about it and put a article in the campus newspaper asking that the student that did it should confess immediately or she or he (he) will face expulsion. I didn't realize it was going to go that far, but still, I was too afraid to confess. Anyway, she just claimed she emailed the chancellor the video message and said "maybe u dont deserve to go to a college like that..now u might be given only the option to come down with me at [her college]."
She's gone absolutely crazy and has taken this too far. I'm seriously screwed if she sent that to him. I already told her April Fools like 10 times, but that was AFTER she sent it. Hopefully she's going to tell me she DIDN'T send it.

Did you check the video she sent? Maybe she's trying to really get you on April Fool's day and just sent a fake video.
Nice April fools, but there are measures in place in case of this actually happening. We've learned better.
