cough no, no there arent please try to find a good running emulator for last gen aka xbox,ps2,gamecube,dreamcast; the only things that exist require massively expensive hardware work much more than a used xbox or dont run at all/very poorly; the xbox fits into the second part in only being able to run 3 commercial games past the menu.
