But he still wins, because you can point the gun at the other guy and test it. No matter what you walk away with a million. :/

What people consider 'instantly killed' is not true. When shot in the head, or in a car crash, blow to pieces, even decapitated, the average time that you will see yourself dieing is about a second. They tested it with animals and simulations.

That's some major animal abuse.

Animals have no rights like humans do.

The only reason you have any rights is because the government promised them to you. Without society you have no more rights than any animals, so if that same government declares that blowing a rabbits head off it a violation of its rights, shut up and accept the rabbit's right to not have a smouldering neck.

Even in an Anarchist society, humans have rights.. The ones they give themselves ;)

So still; Animals have no rights.

And I say so cause they're not sentient beings, they run on instinct.

So animals have rights they give themselves too... Goodluck killing a grizzly bear.

Only a 10% chance of dying? Well! That depends! It would be embarrassing for my friend to tell my dear children daddy died by horrible odds and that he picked the only pistol that would kill him out of ten. However, I'd probably do it with two loaded pistols. Of course though these pistols would be revolvers. And only one bullet would be in one of the revolvers! Besides, even if I do die it's a lot more cool to die by a revolver then by a crappy standard 9mm.

And if I did win such money I'd probably begin my small awesome crime syndicate and make an evil lair! With Huskies! and Foxes! Which could some how kill you in one hit! (COD5 reference.) And then I'd abduct isolatedPurity (What? He has an awesome avatar :( ) and make him my right hand man!

And then my final evil ploy (A smirk draws across my face) I'd rename SEN TO.....SEN....

Super - soviet
Evil - extremist
Networking -networks.

Oh, and if I did pick the wrong gun I'd think CAFG would probably use me as a rug =(. (Sighs) Aw well hopefully I'll still have the revolver in my hand...

They both tie in closely together if you really think about it.
I "really think" about lots of things. It's what I enjoy doing.
I'm obviously not thinking along the same lines as you are, however.
So... answer?

If I had wife and children I would only do it if we were in a bind for money.

I'd be more scared of a Kodiak like Old Ephraim than a Grizzly.

pretty much guaranteed death if you pick up the pistol with bullets.
Not necessarily. That's why I'm asking.
Moose, you knew that these kind of questions are a 'death for sure if you pick the wrong one' type things. So don't act as if you don't know the drill.

As an answer to the question: I probably would take my chances. With that money, I would have a bit more freedom of action in today's world and, hopefully, will find answers to some important questions like 'what do I want in life' etc...
